PBS Dependant : Visa Expires in 6 days

Hello,

I am confused on what to do for my wife's visa.

CR001, thanks for your help few days ago much appreciated and proved again that information you get from this forum is SOLID.

Current situation :

Wife visa expires 14/06/2018 (PBS Dependant from two and half years)

Myself : Switched from Tier 2 to ILR a month ago.

Problem : Funds Maintenance not completed 90 days.

Solicitor advise : Apply for FLR on human rights and vary the application while decision pending as soon as funds reaches 90 days.

Spoke to UKBA helpline : still says it's case workers discretion whether to accept the sponsor letter to certify the funds if have one(Sponsor agreed to give the letter but according to CR0001 it's not valid)

even Willing to apply from india after 90 days, wife can fly to stay there until 90 days completes. but i guess this is not possible.

Any advise would be highly appreciated.
