Thanks to all members of this group as it help me a lot. My extension has been granted after 14 months.

Timeline:
Apply - 5/04/2017
Bio-metrics - 6/05/2017
Interview- 5/12/2017 (1hr)
Extra document requested - 5/05/2018
Extra documented submitted - 9/05/2018
Visa receive - 8/06/2018
Still awaiting documents
Best of luck to all still waiting for decision

Thank you. yes the interview question where same but they took picture of my fire extinguisher and first aid kid when they asked about the health and safety question. the extra document they asked for are one of my employee original birth certificate and the letter from hmrc showing his name and national insurances number ans there was a mistake with the NI which I and accountant ware unaware of until it was requested.

congrats. well done. did HO send you the letter for extra documents? if you could please share the list of extra documents that would be much appreciated.

Sorry for late respond. Yes a letter was sent to me for the extra document which is just a letter containing one of my employee NI and name giving to him by hmrc and is original birth certificate

Did you use these documents instead of a passport?
