Sending additional evidence documents to Ireland..

Hi,

I have applied for study visa and am seeing some rejections in the others application (the list that gets released every Tuesday) for documents that I can provide. Sadly I have already applied and to improve my chances I would like to provide these documents via courier. I would like to know the address where to send them and whom to address them to, if possible.

I have supplied Family Registration Certificate but in some cases it says it is no longer accepted, similarly someone was informed that they did not provide their residence in Ireland, whereas on the INIS study visa page no residence requirements is mentioned, even the Irish Embassy in the country confirmed this.
