Where can I get update or timeline for my case

Me and my bro apply to get Non EEA family member recidency card through my mom who is a permenant resident in uk..we already enrolled our biometrics..my application is submit by post by my lawyer is there i cant get update bout my case with the reference case id i have??

There is no online tool or system to check for status or updates.
