Spouse Visa Escalation

Post by Gujarkhan » Tue Jun 19, 2018 5:49 pm

Judging by the lack of posts in the Pakistan visa timeline thread it’s safe to say that there are considerably delays right now in processing times.

My 60 working days / 12 weeks for the standard processing time elapsed on 12/06/18. The case has been escalated and i have been informed that they will be in contact within 15 days.

Has anybody been through this? What are the actual times they take approx after escalating?

You are so right timeline threads have slowed down dramatically.

Regarding escalation my opinion is it does nothing and wastes callers money.

I’d say if you haven’t received a not straight forward email then just wait. Have you taken off the bank holidays in your 60 working days frame since biometrics.

Yes 60 working days excluding weekends wnd bank holidays. I have receieved a not straight forward email but it mentioned to me in an email a week before there is a huge back log.

That was received on 08/06/18 so a couple of days before the 12 week mark which was in 12/06/18. So it's definitely because of a back log as there is nothing related to my case which requires it to be labelled as complex really.
