Tier 2 ICT - Dependent Visa

Hi Currently I am on Tier 2 - ICT long term visa and my wife joined me as Tier 2 Dependent but after some time her indian company processed her Tier 2 ICT long term visa and she is on ICT visa with the employer , so now the question comes that if she need to end the current ICT visa and join me as a dependent will the old visa (BRP card is not expired) holds good or she has to go for new dependent visa from my ICT visa.

Any other possibility to get a Tier 2 General sponsorship with our current situation will help me? Thanks in advance for your guidance.

She has to apply for a new ICT Dependent visa. Her previous dependent visa would have been cancelled when she got her own Tier 2 ICT visa.

No option of Tier 2 General with a new sponsor unless you serve the 12 months cooling off period (either outside the UK or on a PBS Dependent visa in the UK) or are offered a job earning more than £159,600pa.

Thanks for the reply one more can she apply for a new ICT Dependent visa from UK or again she has to go to India to apply a fresh one? Any leads much appreciated.

She can apply for ICT dependent within the UK.

She will have to inform her employer if her visa status changes.
