UKVI call charge

Hi,
Just got a question regarding the UKVI call charge. The call charge is £1.34 per min but do they charge when you are placed in a queue with the music playing. I called them earlier and was placed in a queue. I waited 6 mins and hang up so was i charged for these 6 mins.

Hiya, i think you are only charged when an advisor actually answers, it does say this when you call but whether its true or not who knows lol

I called UKVI a few days ago, and was charged £4.11 for the two-and-a-half minutes I was talking to an advisor; time spent in the queue did not count.
