HSMP and ILR

Post by rajeshbhanu » Fri Apr 18, 2008 4:06 pm

Dear All,

The Home Office has now decided not to appeal the HSMP JR (http://sify.com/news/fullstory.php?id=14651683).

Apparently, there will be an AIT test case on ILR for people with HSMP before the 4-to-5 ILR change in April 2006.

Does anyone know when this AIT test case will happen?

Thanks so much,
RB

hi,
dont be panic and apply for ILR after 4 years.
there is no any point to give relief only for some factors so
totaly terms and conditions have been restored for old hsmp visa holders.

The AIT test case is scheduled 1st of May. I hope the HSMP holders are successful again.
