ILR - swittching sponsor delay joining new sponsor.

I have been on tier 2 general visa since august 2012.
First sponsor start date august 2012.
Visa was untill aug2015.
Extended visa under first sponsor july 2015 Brp issued till august 2018.
So far all good.

Applied for new job in october 2015.
Reference health and criminal checks done
Nov.2015.
Initial application for switching of sponsor to new employer in jan.2016 -refusal due to not advertising in two/three websites and did not fullfill RLMT criteria.
Reapplied in may 2016 -visa granted.
Brp for new sponsor issued mid june 2016.
New sponsor hr needed to do all criminal,health etc checks again which delayed start date till 7th october 2016.
Previous employer asked for 2months notice to leave inspite of my recurrent emails to managers of my situation.
Terminated prev.job in mid aug.2016.
Started new employer job sept.2016.
Now on current second sponsor.
Now applying for Ilr next month as 6 years under tier 2general ending in aug.2018.

So is there any concerns about my above switching of sponsor delay ofabout 2.5months.
