Tier 2 General Visa Query

Hello,

I have a query regarding Tier 2 General Visa.
Currently I am working in India and a UK company has made me an offer and sponsored my Tier 2 General Visa.
But due so some recent personal reasons I am not unable to join the company and will ask to cancel my employment.

My query is regarding my existing visa that what will happen to my visa:
1) Will it be cancelled
2) or It will still be valid and I can find another job in UK using same visa in the future once my situation improves and I can move to UK?

A tier 2 general visa is specific only to the company that sponsored you. It is not permitted to work for any other employer.

If you find another employer, you have to apply again with whole same process for a new visa and pay all the same fees again.
