Advice/ Suggestions for a Non-IT HSMP Holder

Hi all,

I have work permit and entry clearance (under the much talked about highly skilled programme).

I have 14 months experience in Banking ( a leading MNC). I am an engineering graduate with an MBA in Marketing. I have had experience in New Media Marketing, Operations and Technology

I am trying to figure out the market situation through some friends and agencies

I want any suggestion on the following:

- I am looking to move to UK in a month. What kind of jobs can I expect?
- Will I have a choice of Industry (I want to get out of Financial Services and get into Media/ Arts/ Creative fields) or will the situation be so desperate that I have to take whatever that comes my way?
- How long will it take? I don't have much savings

Any suggestions/ help would be highly appreciated
