Applying for EC .. Plz help

Hi friends ..

I got approval, At the time of initial application i havent submit IT returns(at that time i havent recieved).
I submit payslips,form16,letter from employer. So now can i submit IT returns with EC application, should i explain this in cover letter.

Hi Mallik,

Home office only approve the HSMP application when you fulfill their requirements.

So, in my understanding you can attach the IT return without mentioning the reason in covering letter.
