I am in a very tricky situation. My ILR finally approved after 5 years of legal battle. My wife application was continued to be adjourned for past 5 years as my case was pending.
My wife filed her FLR(m) application in 2013 employed in my own company. My wife do not have bank account at that time and she took cash wages and reported to HMRC. We earned £10,000 each at that time. My Section 3C leave got expired so we didn't earned afterwards.
How can i satisfy the maintenance requirement now.
