NTL application - Premium Service

Hello,

I currently have ILR stamp in an expired passport in my maiden name. I have renewed my Australian passport in my married name and now want to apply for a BRP also in my married name.

Am I eligible to book a Premium Service Appointment or is this not considered a straight-forward application as my visa is in my maiden name?

Also my passport expired in 2015 and I didn't get a new passport until 2018. Do I have to provide evidence of continuous residency for that 3 year period where I had no passport?
