Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier 2 General Dependent

Hi,

My spouse is applying for a Tier 2 General Visa (from outside UK), right now she is on Tier 2 ICT dependent (in UK).

1. I am on Tier 2 ICT (main Applicant) and by baby is on TIER 2 ICT dependent(in UK). once my spouse gets TIER 2 general (main applicant), can me and my baby switch to Tier 2 General dependent (in UK).
i am sure that i can switch Visa in UK as i am on Tier 2 ICT(main applicant). my main query is for my baby.

please clarify.

Both you and the baby need to switch to tier 2 general dependent visas when your spouse returns to the UK with their tier 2 general visa.

Hi Admin,
My Spouse is in UK from Jan 2017 to till date.
she will apply for her VISA in 15 days from INDIA.
does she needs a TB test, based on this clause from gov site?
'you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months'
