Reaching out tech City

Hello friends,
I read on one of the post on the group that the person reached out to tech city sharing his profile details n asking them if they need profile like him Tier 1 ET category n he got a response within a day to his query.
I'm trying to get that email I'd where I can reach out to tech City for my queries.
Anybody having any information on this. Pls help me

I got a response within a day which said "we do not respond to individual cases and queries. Please go through the guidelines issued for more details".

This is the standard response they give for any questions you ask them.
