HSMP Extension & Own Company

I've been on HSMP in the UK for a year and 4 months. I have my own company setup to provide IT services and is doing fairly well. I'm the only Director in this company and pay myself a small salary each month (as advised by my accountant).

Will I be able to take my company's earnings into account for applying for the HSMP / Tier 1 extension or will only the salary I pay myself be considered?
