Travell wiythout gnib card

I just have a quick question, i have to return my gnib card back to citizenship office as they requested me in May 2018,as my citizenship has been approved,
I hold 10 years stam4 visa and my spouse is eu national
Now i need to travell but i dont have gnib card
Can i travell or i need to wait till next cermony?

You can travel, bring with you the letter of approval from the Citizenship Division that should suffice the immigration officer to let you through.
