Hi,

I am living in the UK (on ILR) and planning to bring my family over from Canada (Wife & Daughter 3 years old)

1) Do I have to fill out Sponsorship undertaking: form SU07?
2) The APPENDIX 1 (VAF4A JULY 2018) part 1: -Your Personal Circumstances says the following.
"Do not complete this part if you are applying as the child of settled parent(s) with limited leave"

Do I have to complete this session? as this part is all about child care and it's very confusing.

3) and where I will send the supporting documents to Sheffield or Toronto Canada?

1. No.

2. You need Appendix 2 for both your dependents not appendix 1.

3. The online process will tell you what to do etc.

But when I go on https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk in order to complete an online for my daughter. I choose

Reason for Visit: Settlement
Visa type: Settlement
Visa Sub Type: Child or other dependant of settled person

ThenI get additional info as below:

After you have completed the online form, you must complete the relevant appendix, which can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... vaf4a1.pdf

so shall I ignore this?
