BRP letter code not scanning

My family applied for FLR (M). WE received BRP enrolment letters. The post office did the Biometrics but the code did not scan for one of the letters. So they are not able to take the fee. What could be the reason?

Have you tried asking them to manually enter bar code number? I would try another post office just in case if might scan there before contacting HO to send another letter.

I got the approval letter for FLR M further leave for 30 months for my wife, son and daughter. The approval date on letter is 11/09/2018. I have received the BRP for my wife and son on 15/09/2018 but BRP of daughter has not arrived. The approval letter mentions her name. So what should I do now?

Thank you for the advice. I am worried because during the BRP enrollment the post office was not able to take fee for her ( my daughter's) enrollment. I did email and write to the home office. I got no reply. Now I have got the approval letter for all but the BRPs for only my wife and son. I guess, I can do nothing but wait. But how are they going to issue a BRP without the payment?
