Tier 2 switch visa

Hello guys
Im currently on tier-2 general visa. Im planning to switch my sponsor. What are the documentations I should submit ?

I have changed my address last month but my employer has mistakenly printed the old address on my payslip for this month. Now will I be able to provide my new address in the switching application ?

Will they raise a question for that ?

All my bank details and other documentations (like licence etc.,.) have been changed to new address.

Hi guys
One more question. If I switch my sponsor. Should my wife's tier-2 dependant visa should be applied again ?
Or will it be valid
