Non compliance with investigation

Hello
I applied for eea(efm) in late March .im an overstayer. In June we gave notice to marry which they extended to 70 days. We been called for interview on 6th August.
Unfortunately my partner she was out of country for her research proposal of her master studies. We asked to change the interview date on 8th because she was returning on 7th August afternoon. But they said we need to do interview by 8th and we don’t have availability on 8th but we have on 7th and u can’t reach in office hours.
Therefore we offer u 2 dates and you not available for either.
Unfortunately we have to put as (non compliance) when u receive this letter. You can start the process again.
My question is what will be the impact on my eea efm application?
