Teir 1 Application...... ?

Hi,

I need advice, I am currently on work permit, however it is three more years I have to wait before I can apply for Neutralization so I am stuck with my current employer. I am considering applying for HSMP (Teir 1), from the scores calculations I get 70 points, could someone please calrify the following ?

1. Can past earnings include bonuses given out on top of your salary?
2. Based on the fact i get 70 points, is there any chance that my application will be sucsessful?
3. Given that I am on workpermit, if my application is refused, would that cause problems with my current Visa?
4. Is there anything I can do to improve my chances of success for my application?
