FLR 10 year route but applied for 5 year route

Hi,

Wife came to UK on Tier 2 PBS dependant on March 2016 i was on Tier 2.

I switched to ILR in may 2018 but wife can't extend PBS because of the Funds maintenance not completed hence applied for FLR M.

but we failed to submit English language but they granted FLR 10 route under child born in UK.

What are the options here for ILR ?

Can she switch to FLR M again once got the English ?

Can she switch Tier 2 PBS once completed the 90 days maintenance ?
