AIT Test Case on ILR- extension 1+3 - due soon ... pls help

Does anyone have more information on the AIT Test Case on Indefinite Leave to Remain (for HSMP holders) held today ??? my visa runs out on 08 th June hence I need to apply asap . Pls advise any good solicitor which have been tried and tested.

Also I am claimimg 35 points for my MBA degree from Mumbai University . I did send my certificate during my Intial application .do I need to resumit it ?? if yes do I need to get it checked with NARIC ???

I think it's safe to say there'll be a really big thread on this topic when something is announced, until then you'll have to wait (or apply under the current rules).
