MN1 and AN online application

Dear all,

Please clarify for MN1 & AN application. I am applying for my citizenship online with my son.

With regard to the referees,

1. I have NHS professional nurse (British passport holder) who has known us for more than 3 years.
Is this person eligible to be my son's first referee? (as of- "One referee should be a professional who has engaged with the child in a professional capacity, such as a teacher, health visitor, social worker or minister of religion.")

2. My second referee is a British passport holder who is self-employed (know us for more than three years).
Is this person eligible to be the second referee for my son?

3. Can we both have the same referee?

It would be a great help if you can clarify this situation.
