How to Apply online of ILR LA and book premium service at the same time

Please help me in regards to my query about submitting online application and booking a premium service appointment.
Do we have to apply online first and fill in the application form first or book a premium service then go back to online application?

I tried to book the premier service appointment as part of the online application. I thought premier service booking will be seamless in this process. Similar dificulty in booking persist as part of the online booking. Sigh.

Complete the form online and it will show you the options to book an appointment. I have passed through that painful process of the appointment and I found out that you have to check exactly at midnight to find them available, bear in mind that they are booked in advance, they open to be booked 45 working days before so you need to count your days to find out when to book it and go online at 00:00
