Dependent visa Extension

My wife and my daughter got dependent visa June 2016. However it will be run out next year January 2019. I have notice that my wife visa will be expire at the end of January 2019 and my daughter visa will be expire at the end of February 2019. Here is only one month difference,
My question
Can i Submit both application on same time in the middle of January 2019.
