DP96 Policy

Hi All

I will be married for 2yrs in July and was waiting to make an application under DP96 policy ( already have an in-country spouse application since Sept 2006 and have not had any response).Could you someone just clarify has it been scrapped or is it in the pipeline.

Could someone give me ideas what I need to do now.I am from Zimbabwe and its not a safe plan to go now.I have been living with my husband for 4yrs and married for almost 2yrs(2yrs in July).I have written to my MP twice and go the same response both time.the response from the home office saying i have to wait for my turn they can't fast track my application.
