HSMP Dependant transitional arrangement

HI,

There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding the dependant's application.

I got my EC in march and have come here to UK in April. So i was under the erstwhile HSMP laws

I would like to find out some answers before I proceed for my wife's application

1. Do I need to show the maintenance funds of 1600 for dependant and 800 for myself with her application as required by Tier 1

2. How much is the fees for her if I have to show the maintenance funds that means I am in Tier 1 so it should be 51000 if it is in the transitional arrangements for hsmp as it should be then the maintenance funds shouldn't apply isn't it?

I have prepared a list of the documents that I need to show. Plz let me know if anything is missing

Principal applicant:
Visa copy
Approval letter copy
employment documents of UK
salary certificate(haven't received a salary yet so no salary slip)
marriage certificate

Dependant
Bank Statements
Employment documents


Is this it or is there anything I have left out.
Plz provide some info as this thing is really confusing
