Can I travel to other countries after getting my Tier 2 visa and before entering UK

I want to know if I will be able to travel (for tourism) to other countries between receiving my UK Tier 2 visa and entering UK. Please help.

Your tier 2 visa and entering the UK and travel to other countries are irrelevant to each other.

You do however, only have 30 days to enter the UK on the visa you get in your passport abroad.
