Email from uk decision making centre “The decision to refuse your visa application has been overturned and our office is now ready to issue you a UK Visa”- does this mean that I can definitely get my visa?
It’s been 4 weeks since I submitted my passport to vfs Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Why does it take so long to give passport.

Hi Tanu123, after the decision was made on 18 June, my passport has been held since 20 June 2019 for over 30 days now. I paid "keep passport when applying".

The most recent reply from UKVI is saying that there has been breakdown of communication between Melbourne and the UK. I am confused on that reason and could not figure out how is that possible either.

I hope your passport has been returned already. Any update on your passport?
