End of employment. How long can spouse continue on tier 2

Hello,

I am currently on Tier 2 general visa and my spouse is dependent Tier 2 general. Remaining validity for both of us is 2 years.

If I leave my current organization, how long can my spouse continue working in UK for?

--Additionally, is my spouse eligible to be sponsored by their organization for tier 2 general?
--Can I move to Tier 2 dependent if they get sponsored?

Your post is not clear. Are you leaving the UK or just leaving your job? Are you changing jobs or getting a new sponsor?

As long as you are in the UK and as long as your visa are not curtailed.

If she can get sponsorship and RCoS after the full and proper RLMT. She has to apply from home country.

Yes, if you still have a valid visa.

Clarifying - I am planning to resign from the role due to lack of career growth. But do not have any new offer or sponsor.

However my Husband's company is ready to sponsor.

Since we both have 2 years remaining on our visa- what are our options.

If both your visas are curtailed to 60 days, then no he can't stay till visa expiry.
