Change of employment, Do I need english language test like IELTS again?

Hi Guys,

I am under Tier 2 G visa now, and I am going to change a job. Can anyone tell me do I need to provide NEW English language certificate such as IELTS report.

I submitted the IELTS report two years ago when I was applying for my current visa. So 2 years past, it's expired.

If the test and the test center are still recognised by HO, the old certificate will be accepted
