Can somebody help me it’s very important thank you

I lived in uk with 5 year refugee status and I was divorced now I met a guy who is already in uk but he got not a legal status in uk

Home office gave me permission to marry with him finally we got married and live together

Can he apply spouse visa in uk or he have to go in india back home please advice I really appreciate god bless you

In July you posted that you applied for a spouse visa from India in 2015 and your FLR(M) extension this year was refused due to TOEIC. You also stated you had a British wife and child.
