COS start date and actual joining date is different - Please help

Hello All

Please find below my COS and visa details

Start date in COS : 6th Oct 2018
Planned UK entry date : 6th Oct 2018
Joining date : 8th Oct 2018
Vignette sticker valid dates : 29th sept to 29th oct

Can gurus and experts in the forum tell me if this mismatch in COS start date and joining date will cause issue !?

Can I ask my employer to amend the COS start date to match Joining date !?

Please let me know . Thanks
