Ideally should use the latest version
My comments do not constitute immigration advice, if in doubt consult an immigration adviser/solicitor

I have premium appointment next......
Next week or next month or next when :?: Visa fees are set to increase next month on the 8th Oct.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Is that the online application form? When I search for SET M I still get the July paper version. I guess the updated online form is in preparation for the new system coming into place in October when I presume the paper version will cease to be available.

Since the form has been updated before your appointment date, you will need to download the 09/2018 version and fill it. I believe there are not many changes in the form, so it will be easy for you to quickly complete the new one.
