ILR QUERY

Hi Good afternoon,

I have a question which is a bit confusing for me and I hope friends here can help me.

My Mrs was issued a Dependent visa in October 2012 to come here and stay with me when I was on PSW Visa.

I applied for ILR upon completion of 10 years here in 2014.

I applied for flr m for my Mrs after I got my ILR Before expiry of her pbs dependent visa.

She was issued Flr m 5 year route visa.
We applied for an extension of it last year and she is currently on 2nd half of flr m family route.

My question is

1.CAN I APPLY FOR HER ILR AFTER COMPLETION OF 5 YEARS ON FLR M ROUTE
Or
I CAN APPLY NOW AS IT HAS BEEN MORETHAN 5 years she entered the Uk . So 5th anniversary date will be 28 October 2017.

Please advise me if I am right or wrong.

I have recently become self employed and my Mrs earns about 12500 a year currently working in employment.

2.Do I still need to show the 18600 income for ILR when I apply?
3.Can I show my self employment and her salary together to meet the threshold if required?

You have not stated the important dates.

What date exactly did you apply and get ILR?

What date exactly did she apply for FLR M and get it?

For ILR on Set M, you must meet the same financial requirement yes.

I got my ILR on 14 September 2014

My Mrs got spouse visa from Pakistan and entered uk in October 2012

I applied for her flr m and it was issued for the first half until feb 2017

Her current 2nd half of 5 year route was issued on 14-3-2017 and expires on 15-9-2019

But her time spent in the uk from the day she arrived first in 2012 is more than 5 years.

I wanted to know if time spent as pbs dependant can be counted towards ILR or I still have to wait for these 5 years on flr m to complete.

The time spent as PBS dependent does not count.

She needs 5 years on FLR M before she can apply for ILR on form Set M.
