Foreign Birth Registration from Cameroon

Just wondering what could be the process, as they are no Irish Embassy in Cameroon, i need to do Foreign Birth Registration for my kids.
On the Nigeria Embassy website: https://www.dfa.ie/irish-embassy/nigeri ... ion-guide/

"Your witness needs to:
In the presence of an Embassy or Consulate officer, complete Section E of your application
Sign your two passport photos
Witness your signature on Section D of the application form in the presence of an Embassy or Consulate officer
Bring proof of his/her profession (such as a law diploma and proof of payment of the current year's fees to the Bar Association) and valid photographic ID"
But all the kids are in Cameroon. Please help.
