UK SPOUSE VISA APPEAL

HI EVERYONE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW I HAD APPLIED FOR MY SPOUSE SETTLEMENT VISA AND WAS REJECTED BUT GIVEN THE RIGHT TO APPEAL.

REASON FOR REJECTION FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT AS STATED I HAD NOT PUT IN MAY 2018 SALARY SLIP. BANK STATEMENT NOT SUBMITTED TOO.

CAN I APPEAL FOR THE DECISION AGAIN AND ARE YOU ALLOWED TO SUBMIT THE MISSING DOCUMENTS AGAIN?

PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING THE SAME.

You can post appeal and it's a lengthy process . I got rejected first

Reason. Marriage was deemed not going to last forever

Applied again . Got rejected .

Reason . ECO couldn't find my tax return. Despite have all documents.

23 may rejected . Submitted appeal 1st June

9 June receive letter. Court got my application

5 July home office received it . Then they got 15 weeks to answer . Which is 15th October.

Now I am waiting if answer is yes . All good .

Otherwise further 6 months wait

Now you are unfortunately in a shiy show like me .

If you can afford. Put new appeal . And makesure all documents sent this time.

As this appeal process is 1 year long

Appeal will take ages and may not be successful at all as you failed to submit required docs.

Just re-apply.

hey thanks for your reply guys. i am planning on re applying again as i feel its a better option. can you use the same TB Certificate and IELTS certificate or have to get both new again?

If TB certificate is not expired then yes whereas the ielts test which must be A1/A2/B1 which usually bears 2 years of expiry date.
