I have the link and it is sufficient to update it here. You will get an acknowledgement email after a few days. My employer also used the SMS to update my address, dont think both the systems sync with each other

I already inform HR about my address change I am not sure if they have to inform the home office as well.

Do you know employer need to inform Home office?

Employers need to keep an up to date record of your address but they don't necessarily need to update Home Office every time you move house.

I provided tenancy agreement for address proof and passport scan for identity proof

Again, updating employee address is not a compulsory UKVI requirement. Your company policy might dictate that you do certain things to prove where you live but that is voluntary and not imposed by the Home Office.
