I am on workpermit and getting married with a girl in Pakistan but she has got US passport.can anyone please tell me how to process it.Secondly if she comes here on visitor entry can i change it to residence permit later on ?

I can only tell you that you cannot switch from a visitor to a dependent whilst in the UK, so you will have to apply for the dependent visa in her country of legal residence.
