Tier 2 ICT Dependant to Tier 2 General

I am currently working as Tier 2 ICT Dependant for an organization. My organization is recruiting for a senior position for which I've internally applied and RLMT has been done. I am now selected for this position and my company is planning to apply for my RCoS under Tier 2 General category.

I have a few queries in this regard:

- Since the company wants me to take up the new position immediately, can I start working on the new position and start the Tier 2 General RCoS process parallelly?

- Does my employer need to mention in my RCoS application that I am internally moving from one position to another within the same organization?

- Home Office asks additional documents supporting my RCoS application if I am already working for them. It doesn't say for the same position. Do I still need to provide my existing P60, payslips etc even though I am not working on a different position?
