A couple of general questions:

Was being a US Citizen (Yank) a plus or minus?

If so, in what way?

Was your US Work Experience helpful?

What was the biggest adjustment in transitioning from the US commercial sector to the UK commercial sector?

For the senior CCNP/CCIE folks out there:

1. How's the market in regards to all of the above and what's the salary like?

2. I'm doing over 57K GBP eqiuvilant here in DC and was wondering - Can I can reasonably expect the same salary there?
