Waiting for BRP from 2 months

Post by rajrea » Mon Oct 08, 2018 10:18 pm

Hi All,

I'm posting this for my brother-in-law.

He was applied for Tier-2 in May and he received his approval letter in August 2018.

He was waiting for his BRP since then he contacted BRP team regarding that and they have replied that due to some technical error they are unable to print his BRP. And sent another email saying that technical error has been resolved and he will receive the BRP in 5 working days.

This was the message he got from BRP team in September and still waiting for BRP.

Any suggestions to chase this up as he got travel plans as well

Nothing but keep call and email them. May ask local MP to involve as well, as this is indirectly depriving his freedom of movement, which is violating human right.
