hi all!
can somebody help me?
i am non EU national married to an Irish national. i'm holding a spouses visa card.
going back to my country for a holiday for 10 days .

DO I NEED A SEPARET VISA FOR THAT? :?

Hi there, I think it depends on what country you are going to. I can't see where you've mentioned it.

If you are flying to Moldova, and you are a Moldovan citizen, you will not need a visa for that. If you have a valid GNIB card, you will not need a re-entry visa for Ireland, either.

Does your flight have stops? If so, are these in EU countries or not? For each stop in a non-EU country, please consult that country's Moldovan embassy's/consulate's website for information on whether you need a visa.

i was wondering if anyone knows the outcome of EU court hearing about the irish translation of EU regulation 2004/38/EC which was to heard on 3rd of june 2008.
