Going for ILR. But getting paid more than listed in COS.

Post by dominicmck » Tue Oct 09, 2018 1:13 pm

Hi all,

I'm in the process of putting together my ILR application and while triple-checking everything, I've found myself in a rather strange spot. My COS has my salary down at 40k but when I started it was decided that I'd actually get 42k as that was more in line with what colleagues were getting.

Problem is my employer forgot to reported this to the UKVI.

Any suggestions on how we should proceed to ensure this doesn't put my ILR at risk?

Thanks all for any help.

Your employer should report or you may be in trouble.

by the way, if it is inline with inflation/ all among colleagues in the company, this will be fine.
