1 month one week no reply

Applied priority from England for my wife who is from Pakistan for my wife 1 month and 1 week ago. Still haven't received any acknowledgement that the documents have been recieved and it's being processed. Also recieved two emails last month(one after a week and one after 3 weeks - think they're automated) that they haven't recieved any documents yet. Have we done anythjnf wrong? I'm really worried.

Probably hear from them with a decision something around the 30 working days if the application is straightforward, but these days its around 60 days sometimes even with priority.

What is your timeline?
