My partner has a spouse visa (5 year route, applying for ILR next year) and on the application, it asks for legal status. Options are a citizen, permanent resident, visitor, student, work visa, no legal status, or other. I believe I need to select other. Am I right?
If I select other, it asks 'Give details of why the applicant is at their current location'?' What should I write?
