Tier 2 Dependant Work/Business Restriction

I know Tier 2 dependent hasn't got any work restrictions. They can start a business or work at any place without any restrictions. But the question is, Can the dependent start a business (becoming director of the new company & working in the evenings or weekends) while working full time for any another company too? Any complete/partially reply is appreciated. Thanks.

There are no restriction, your partner can do what she wants and as many as she wants. only cannot be doctor or dentist (or in training).
